Being a private person, I respect my own and other people’s space. I have never been interested in generating social media publicity or seeking validation. My personal Instagram account has been private with the goal of keeping up to date with relatives, friends, and like-minded acquaintances and satisfy my enthusiasm for writing. I cultivate healthy minimalism and freedom from clutter and cherish quality over quantity. Pre-Selection

It goes both ways; so that I am the right fit for you as well as you are for me. I believe in concentrating on a small group of same wavelength people long-term and even becoming friends with them. By requesting “Meet & Greet” with me, we’ll get to learn more about each other and see if we are a “yoga match” able to build long-lasting relationship.

 

Subscription / Membership

I teach 1-hour long private classes online on a Zoom platform. Prioritizing 1:1 and stable results in the long run, I curate a progress/success plan for each of you stemming from different levels and come prepared. My programs range from static movements to dynamic flows, from stretching to strengthening, from toning your body to finding your zen. Thus, I appreciate a sequence of sessions rather than a random class here and there. There are three types of membership:

1.     A monthly pack of 1 class per week

2.     A monthly pack of 2 classes per week

3.     A three-month pack of 2 classes per week

For those of you, who have a fair amount of skepticism about online classes, rest assured: it’s the most convenient method allowing any of you around the world to tune in at the comfort of your place.

Essential props: yoga mat, yoga blocks, laptop/tablet/smartphone, WiFi, and your smile :)

Additional gear items: yoga strap, elastic resistance bands, wrist and ankle weights, and Pilates ball 8”

 

Community / Friendship

We are social creatures, eager to create a bond with like-minded people. And that’d be great if through my classes, we could see a value added in forming friendship based on the same interests related to well-being. By becoming a member of my community, you’ll get access to a wellness journal and, as an option, invitation to a female circle of trust: a virtual group gathering with fellow ladies, where we can find common ground, recommend, and chat.
